What's involved in a training session?

 

In our exercise sessions, we will make sure your body is efficiently warmed up so we can lower the risk of any injuries before we start with the programmed exercises that you have been given (e.g cardiovascular workout - kettleballs / running / SAQ & Muscular endurance). Your exercise program will all be based upon the initial assessment of your physique, taking into consideration your personal goals and needs.
