Are the trainers insured and qualified?
Yes we make sure all of our trainers are insured and quaslified to give a professional service and also more importsant to make your session a safe one as well. Our trainers will have the IQ 3 Qualificartion.
Where can I do the one-one PT sessions?
- You can do the PT sessions in your home / garden / office or even choose a local park
How long do the sessions last for?
- The minimum a session lasts is for 30 mins, however we do recommend a 60 min training session so you can warm up correctly, do your main work out, cool down and strecth off properly wothout causing any likely injuries.
Do we offer Vouchers?
- Yes we do offer vouchers for single sessions and for block sessions - click on this link for more info
Will the trainer be strict with me?
- No the trainer will not be strict however we have to make sure your are doing the right exercises correctly and this is for your benefit
Will I be able to see my progress online?
- Yes if you do 1-1 personal trainiing with one of our trainers. They will make sure your Training programmes are logged so you can see this information when you log in.
What types of training could i be doing in my session?
Anything from Kettlebells, SAQ, Med Ball training, skipping, boxing etc
Are there any forms or tests that I need to do before staryting my fitness traininig with you?
Yes in the consultation I will be testing yor blood pressure, your lung capacity through a peak flow meter. If your hapy then I can also take a special body fat test which will enable us to get a better idea of what is excess adipose tissue on your body.
